Hear from our students

"While searching for course providers I was very happy to come across StaySharp as I loved that it was affordable on a pay-monthly scheme, unlike other providers who have you pay the full amount regardless of how long it takes you to complete- I am lucky that I have lots of spare time and managed to complete the course in 9 months, so I only paid for 9! ”

Jillian Neathey CIPD Student

“The course itself has been incredibly insightful and well-structured. The modules are designed to build on each other, which ensures that I fully understand each concept before moving on to the next. The real-life case studies and practical assignments have been particularly helpful in applying what I’ve learned to my current role.”

Billy Bellion CIPD Student

"I went with StaySharp because it stands out for its monthly subscription option, giving me the flexibility I need. With this setup, I found myself more motivated to stay on track and finish my qualification faster. In fact, I completed it in just 5 months thanks to this approach! ”

Bertha Dewi CIPD Student

"I’ve found stay sharp well organised and easy to follow. Great for diving into when I’ve got a chance and easy to pick back up when I’ve been too busy to look at it for a while. The teams always been there if I’ve needed help. "

Charlie Sheppard CIMA Student

"I've been using StaySharp to study for the Level 2 AAT qualification for around 6 months and I think it's such a great tool for anyone who wants to self-study. I have done 3 exams so far with just one more to go and scored over 90% in each of them. "

  • Completing the AAT Level 3 Accounting Diploma is considered equivalent to 2 A Levels.

  • AAT Level 3 UCAS points are worked out at 160 points.

  • All AAT courses and modules, including the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accountancy and AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, are covered by the StaySharp AAT subscription. This can be billed monthly, quarterly or with a one-off payment offering 12 months’ access to the platform.

  • Studying an AAT Level 3 online course allows you to work towards a career in accounting without the need to attend in-person classes or keep to a strict schedule. You can study anywhere and on your own time, with full freedom and flexibility to learn your way – and with our flexible monthly payment plans, you can pay monthly and pause your subscription if life gets in the way.

  • The AAT Level 3 Accounting Diploma is suited to those who are following the AAT pathway to becoming an accredited accountant, making it suitable for those considering a career change into accountancy or are working in entry level accounting roles and looking to progress further.

  • The only prior experience you’ll need to study the AAT Level 3 online course is to have completed the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting prior to starting your Level 3 Diploma in Accounting course. This is because the Level 2 course is designed to equip learners with all the foundation knowledge they’ll need ahead of studying the four AAT Level 3 modules.

If you already have a relevant degree or other qualification, you may be eligible for exemptions from the previous levels. AAT can provide information on exemptions.

  • Completing an AAT Level 3 Accounting Diploma qualification opens up the opportunity to study for the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting. From there, you can begin a career in accounting, working professionally at a practice level.

  • The full AAT qualification after studying Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 is equivalent to a relevant first-year university degree or higher diploma.

  • The AAT qualification opens up opportunities in entry to mid-level accounting jobs, with earning potential of up to £44k per year on average. Suitable job roles for AAT accredited accountants include account assistant, VAT accountant and accounts administrator.

  • It typically takes StaySharp students between 6 and 18 months to complete each level of the AAT pathway, though this varies depending on the time you decide to dedicate to your studies.

  • Due to intellectual property laws, it’s not possible to download the majority of course materials. You’ll need an active internet connection to authenticate your account and access your learning content. However, some course videos are available to download and watch later.

  • The 14-day free trial is limited to one per course, per customer. If you want to re-subscribe to a course you have subscribed to previously, please purchase it as normal. You’ll be automatically moved to the paid subscription within 3 working days.
