  • Our courses ensure you have everything you need to pass your exams. With your own online portal, you’ll progress through your studies, measuring performance and testing your knowledge as you go. The platform also highlights personal areas of improvement, so you know where to focus your time ahead of your exams.

  • You get access to all papers as part of your subscription.

  • At the end of the 14-day free trial, a recurring monthly payment will be taken from your confirmed payment method. You can manage your subscription within your account and can cancel at any time.

  • Yes – our courses are all online. You can study from anywhere, at any time. However, you’ll need to go to your nearest exam venue to sit your exams.

  • You’ll always have access to the most recent content. We’ll update your content every year in line with syllabus changes. We’ll also prompt you to download your latest progress data ahead of any update, so you can review previous step attempts if you need to.

  • To be able to participate fully in the StaySharp programme, you’ll need to have your own device to access online learning materials, carry out activities and take assessments.

  • StaySharp minimum specifications are for a PC, laptop, or any smart device (including tablets and Chromebooks). Any device must have WiFi connectivity and use a modern browser (listed below).

    Graphics 

    Windows OS: Graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9 or later, with WDDM 2.0 or higher for Windows 10 (or WDDM 1.3 or higher for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update). 

    Mac OS: No specific graphics requirements
