Learning with us

  • Forget the old image of dusty textbooks and lonely late nights! Distance learning with StaySharp is all about flexibility, control, and making your education work for you. 

    No Classrooms, All Access: You won't be tied to a fixed schedule or location. Instead, you'll dive into engaging learning materials anytime, anywhere, with an internet connection. 

  • You get access to all papers and/or modules as part of your subscription, from day one, including during the free trial.

  • Our courses vary in length based on the materials and the time you can commit to your study. The beauty of StaySharp is that our courses are built around you. Our subscription model gives you the flexibility to study for as long or as short as you need. You can even take a study break, simply by pausing your subscription in your account, so you can get that work-life-study balance sorted.

  • Yes – our courses are all online. You can study from anywhere, at any time. However, you’ll need to go to your nearest exam venue to sit your exams.

  • In order for us to protect our Intellectual property, you are not able to download materials.

  • As an online provider, we provide all materials in an online format.  

    For some qualifications, for example ACCA, CIMA and AAT, you are able to purchase physical/hard copy materials  (and interactive online workbooks) via https://learningmedia.bpp.com/ if required. 

  • Our courses are designed to fit around your life - not the other way round. There are no set intakes, so you can start at any point in the year. You will receive instant access to your learning materials as soon as you sign up!

  • Our platform and content is mobile responsive and therefore you can study using your mobile. However, due to a variety of factors such as screen size, amount of content, style of questions or exams, most learners find it preferable to study using a laptop, desktop or tablet.

  • Currently there is no StaySharp mobile app but it is something we are currently developing and will be made available to all subscribers, at no extra cost, once it is ready.

  • You can pause your subscription at any time, all you need to do is log into your profile, edit subscriptions and select pause. You can pause for two, three or four weeks and can pause as many times as you like. By pausing you will lock in your subscription price hence guard against any future prices increases and also maintain your course progress.

  • You’ll always have access to the most recent content. We’ll update your content every year in line with syllabus changes. We’ll also prompt you to download your latest progress data ahead of any update, so you can review previous step attempts if you need to.

  • StaySharp specializes in professional qualifications and is not an apprenticeship training provider. According to our terms of service, StaySharp should not be used to purchase the qualification component of an apprenticeship. However, as part of the BPP education group, we recommend visiting bpp.com for apprenticeship opportunities.

Account & Profile 

  • As soon as you subscribe for one of our products, you will get immediate access to our platform and content. Just log in using the credentials you signed up with and access ‘My Learning’.

  • Please go to your profile, select Subscriptions and you will be able to cancel or pause your subscription. You will lose access to your learning content at the end of the current subscription period.

  • Payments are taken every 30 days, so your subscription charge will change according to when the next 30-day payment date is.

  • Yes – please reach out to one of the team on live chat and we will be able to help you change your subscription payment date.

Purchases 

  • In lines with our terms of service, each customer is eligible for one trial per product. Should you cancel and then resubscribe, you will be automatically moved to a paid subscription.

  • In the event of any price increases, you will continue to pay your subscription price at the time the subscription was taken out for as long as this subscription is active. Should you cancel your subscription and then subsequently resubscribe, you will then pay the current price offered.

  • Yes, our refund policy can be found here. It's not the most exciting reading, so you may prefer to reach out on live chat so our helpful team can get you sorted.

  • Yes. Please visit your account where you will be able to download your invoice from the "Invoices" page.

  • StaySharp does not offer an invoice to employer option. Options, may include, depending on your employer preferences; using a company credit card for your subscription or paying yourself and reclaiming through expenses. You can download all invoices from your account at any time, to help manage this.

Tech & Troubleshooting

  • To be able to participate fully in the StaySharp programme, you’ll need access to an internet connected device that can access our platform to access online learning materials, carry out activities and take assessments.

    Our platform can be easily accessed by any web browser without the need for any downloads, so whilst using your own device may be easier, it's perfectly possible to study with StaySharp using shared or public devices such as at a library or community hub. Just be sure to log out after you have finished your session when using a shared device.

  • Each StaySharp subscription is for one individual user. Sharing a login is against our terms of service. We actively monitor for account sharing and reserve the right to suspend access and remove accounts found sharing logins.

    Should you wish to set up multiple accounts for company employees, please contact us so we can assist.

  • StaySharp minimum specifications are for a PC, laptop, or any smart device (including tablets and Chromebooks). Any device must have WiFi connectivity and use a modern browser (listed below).
