Drive meaningful change across your organisation with people management courses
A globally recognised organisation, the CIPD is renowned for its research and expertise in people development. A CIPD Level 5 qualification, sometimes thought of as a Level 5 leadership and management course or a Level 5 diploma in leadership and management, will help to deepen your understanding of employee relationships, organisational performance, and talent management.
Who is it for?
- People currently working in HR/L&D management or anyone looking to further their career in people management.
- Ambitious, open-minded learners that want the freedom and flexibility that comes with studying part-time.
CIPD Level 5 entry requirements
- It’s possible to do a CIPD Level 5 leadership and management course without any previous study. However, it’s recommended that you’ve already studied a CIPD Level 3 qualification, hold a relevant degree, or have work experience in HR or L&D before beginning the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Assessments
When studying for this people management course, you will complete a written assignment after each module. This will allow you to demonstrate the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies, and will be submitted online, marked by our assessors, and then moderated by CIPD. When each module has been successfully completed, you will be awarded your CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
Becoming a CIPD member
Once you have started your course, our enrolment team will register you with CIPD on your behalf. To become a Student Member you will need to pay an annual Student Membership fee directly to CIPD - our team will be able to advise on the latest fees.
Monthly subscribers: You will be registered with CIPD after your 14-day free trial has ended and you submit your first formative assessment.
18-month access subscribers: You will be registered within two weeks of purchasing your product.
