Price Match Promise Terms

STAYSHARP PRICE MATCH PROMISE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the StaySharp Price Match Promise. Please read them carefully before submitting a claim. Your contract is with StaySharp Education Limited, BPP House, Aldine Place, 142-144 Uxbridge Road, London, W12 8AA, registered in England and Wales under company number 13760855 ("StaySharp", "we", "us" or "our"). In these Terms, "you" and "your" mean the person submitting a claim under the Price Match Promise.
If you find an equivalent course (as defined below) at a lower price, we will match that price by discounting your course fee. We aim to acknowledge your claim and tell you our decision within 2 working days. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
1. WHAT THE PRICE MATCH PROMISE COVERS
1.1. The Price Match Promise applies to StaySharp courses that are available to book and where you have found an equivalent course offered by a competitor at a lower price, subject to the conditions in clause 1.2.
1.2. To qualify, the competitor's course and price must meet all of the following conditions:
(a) the competitor's course covers substantially the same qualification, syllabus, modules and assessments as the StaySharp course;
(b) the competitor's price is publicly displayed, quoted in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT, and verifiable by us via a working link at the time of your claim;
(c) the competitor's price is not available only as part of a bundle of two or more courses, or under a closed membership or other discount that is not available to the general public;
(d) the competitor's course is of comparable duration and mode of study (for example, online or in-person); and
(e) the competitor's course is provided in the UK by a provider established in the UK.
1.3. In these Terms, an "equivalent course" means a competitor course that meets all of the conditions in clause 1.2.
2. HOW WE ASSESS CLAIMS
2.1. We will assess each claim reasonably and in good faith against the conditions in clause 1.2.
3. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
3.1. To request the Price Match Promise, you must, before completing your booking, provide the details of the competitor's price and a link to the equivalent course using:
(a) the website chat function at https://staysharp.global/; or
(b) email to queries@staysharp.global.
3.2. To help us assess your claim, please include the competitor's name, a working link to the equivalent course, and the competitor's price.
3.3. We will aim to acknowledge your claim and tell you our decision within 2 working days of receipt.
3.4. If your claim is valid, we will apply the Price Match Promise by discounting your course fee.
4. CHANGES TO THE PRICE MATCH PROMISE
4.1. We may change or withdraw the Price Match Promise in respect of future claims at any time by updating this page.
4.2. Any valid claim that you have already submitted in accordance with these Terms before the date of any such change or withdrawal will still be honoured.
5. GENERAL
5.1. By submitting a claim under the Price Match Promise, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.
5.2. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
5.3. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
5.4. We may review and update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you submit a claim will apply to that claim.
