  • A CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice is ideal for HR professionals who are just starting their careers, such as an HR assistant/administrator, an organisational development officer, or a learning administrator. We recommend that anyone starting a CIPD Level 3 course online is 16+, and educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

A CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is for those currently working in an HR/Learning & Development management role, or anyone looking to further their career in people management. There are no formal qualifications needed to meet CIPD Level 5 entry requirements but it is recommended that you have already studied a CIPD qualification at Level 3, or have a relevant degree or work experience in L&D or HR.

  • The Level 5 qualification opens the door to new job opportunities. It shows employers you have the skills and experience for more senior HR positions. Plus, because the qualification is recognised worldwide, you’ll have the opportunity to work in any sector or industry across the globe.

  • CIPD Level 5 diplomas are roughly equivalent to a foundation degree, or the first year of an undergraduate degree in terms of difficulty and skills gained.

  • StaySharp courses are designed so that you can study at your own pace. However, lots of people complete the CIPD Level 5 course in around 12-14 months.
