Course Overview

Further your financial career with ACCA Strategic Professional. The ACCA Strategic Professional level of the ACCA study path features a series of exams designed to provide individuals with the skills, knowledge and qualifications necessary to become successful business and financial leaders. By studying the ACCA Strategic Professional modules, you can develop the dynamic skills and strategic vision required for success in the ever-changing business world, as well as receiving the highly respected ACCA Strategic Professional Certificate. Not only will you gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of leading a business, but you can also choose to specialise in specific areas relevant to your career aspirations.

Course Structure

The ACCA Strategic Professional modules are split into two mandatory modules and a choice of two out of four optional modules. Learners must also complete the ethics and professional skills module. This can either be before you begin your studies or concurrently. You can apply the professional skills you learn from this to your exam and to the workplace.

  • Strategic Business Leader (SBL)
SBL replicates the workplace and gives you real-world problems to solve, enabling you to show off a range of technical, practical, and professional skills.

Strategic Business Reporting (UK & INT) (SBR)
You must show that you have the decision-making skills necessary to pass the Strategic Business Reporting (SBR) exam. You will be put to the test on concepts, theories, and principles in a corporate reporting environment, but more importantly, on how well you can use this knowledge in practical situations.

Advanced Audit and Assurance (UK & INT) (AAA) (optional unit)
The difficulties auditors will encounter in their careers are reflected in the Advanced Audit and Assurance exam. You will need to consider best practises and recent developments as you analyse, assess, and draw conclusions about the assurance engagement and other audit and assurance issues.

Advanced Financial Management (AFM) (optional unit)
When making or advising decisions regarding the financial management of an organisation in the private and public sectors, you'll use the pertinent knowledge, skills, and professional judgement expected of a senior financial executive or advisor.

Advanced Performance Management (APM) (optional unit)
In order to choose and apply strategic management accounting techniques in various business contexts and to contribute to the evaluation of an organization's performance and strategic development, you will apply relevant knowledge, skills, and professional judgement.

Advanced Taxation (UK) (ATX) (optional unit)
In order to inform people and businesses about how the major taxes affect their financial decisions and situations, you'll apply the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional judgement.
